Talukder House Mosque / Kusumpur Jami Mosque

You can see this ancient Talukder mosque at Kusumpur village of Ichapur Union under Sirajadi Khan Upazila of Munshiganj district. It is also known as Kusumpur Jami Mosque. It is one domed mosque. The mosque was built by terracotta. The mosque has been renovated. Although reformed, the mosque's designs and artwork have impressed the Mughal regime's strategy of construction. This is a small mosque. Almost 16 worshipers pray together inside the mosque. Under the rule of Mughal Emperor Alamgir, this religious building was known to be built by the order of Nawab Mir Jumla of Bengal.
